Amazing customer service! This guy cares. Similar to another experience, he was out of the area on another job, but over the phone talked me through a fix i could do on my own to get back into my camper. Thank you so much, PBS locksmithing!

I called Paul when my son was locked in a vehicle on a warm night. The other locksmith we called initially said 20 minutes, then called and said it would be another 30 minutes because he was stuck in traffic, and then decided he wasnt coming at all because a kid was involved and was a liability. Unfortunately Paul could not get to me in time, but provided me other options and walked my fiance through which window to break and how to do it to avoid as much trauma to my son as possible. Thankfully a friend of a friend was able to come help in the knick of time, but even though Paul wasnt able to help me, he called later to check and make sure my son got out and was okay. Thankfully my son never knew anything was wrong, and everything turned out well, but I will 100% be keeping Paul's number

My camper's door lock stopped working, and my family and I were locked out at the Cecil County Fair. I called PBS Locksmithing. The man I spoke to was on a service call a good distance away, but he took the time to give me advice to try fixing the lock myself. He also recommended another locksmith company that might be able to reach me sooner. That alone was impressive. Thanks to his advice, I was able to fix the lock. Even more impressive, he called me back later that evening to check in and make sure the issue was resolved. I never actually used their service, but I was incredibly impressed by PBS Locksmithing's integrity and the genuine concern they showed.

Paul has just the right personality for working as a locksmith. He’s friendly, professional, skilled and very patient. He helped us out soon after a small wait time to work on getting us back in the house, and he got us back in. Lessons were learned today, setting new protocols for ourselves to not be in this situation again. Paul was great! Thanks again, Sir!

I actually ended up not needing assistance from PBS Locksmithing. But I called just in case my roadside assistance didn’t pull through and Paul was so wonderful and willing to work with me. I felt he actually cared to help me and if I ever drop my road side assistance I will be sure to call Paul at PBS Locksmithing!
