PCS of Eastern Long Island

I’ve been using PCS of Eastern Long Island to clean my hardwood floors, carpets, rugs and upholstery, both at my home and office, for years. Bert, Corey and the entire team deliver exceptional service every time. They also did an outstanding job washing the exterior of my home last summer. I look to work with local businesses whenever possible, and I highly recommend PCS.

I was very happy with the services provided by Odle World Rug Washing Co. I used them to clean a wool area rug that I had in storage for many years. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous and did a fantastic job, reassuring me that the rug was in great shape and had many years of life left in it. I love supporting businesses like theirs that have been serving the community for years. I will continue to give them business and will recommend them to others.

Cory, son of the owner, handled a chaotic situation beautifully…My tenants were moving in a couple of days and I had scheduled the rug cleaning and the furniture movers on the same day - only to find that the Village had closed the street due to a large fallen tree …No one could get to my front door for hours due to the Village’s emergency crew removing the 200 year old tree…But, that did not deter Cory and his assistant, Dylan, both from PCS Olde World Rug Company. Despite having to park blocks away and to carry all the cleaning equipment to the house to clean my rugs and furniture, Cory and Dylan never lost their cool and finished the job in a timely manner. Our living room rug hadn’t been cleaned in 6 years and I had doubts it could ever look good again . When it came back it looked like new , brightened the whole room . Terrific customer service as well by Michele in the office and the guys who delivered and placed the rig with care in our home .

I've used this company several times to clean high end area rugs and they always do a spectacular job. The service is very professional, honest, and courteous. They go out of their way to make the customer happy. I highly recommend PCS.
