Rosanti Floors & Window Treatments

Just bizarre! Sales Associate had a non service animal dog that was chasing us around the store as we tried to shop. I asked the sales associate to please leash the dog and he refused. We had to leave very quickly because of how uncomfortable it was. We proceeded to the other showroom and when I asked for a specific brand the woman started throwing samples on the floor like a game of twisting was about to start. In reply to Charissa, When violent throwing of sample anywhere from at my feet to 10 feet away just doesn't fit the experience you describe in trying to give a look angle. That sales associated was building a twister board by flinging sample like she was in some type of circus game trying to slam the hammer.

I can't say enough about the customer service and attention to detail that the staff and Rosanti family put into everything we needed in replacing our floors. They did an unbelievable job and the floors are wonderful. I would give ten stars if I could. Can't thank them enough and highly recommend Rosanti Floors !! Gwinn Family Center Moriches
