Appreciate Sondra and all the guys at PCS! I noticed water leaking from my hot water heater, Ross came out and we noticed it had TWO WEEKS left on the warranty! He made a couple calls and we got it switched out without any hassle! Superb customer service, friendly team, fast, and efficient! 5 STARS ALL DAY, EVERY DAY!!! Highly recommend!!

I had a freeze broken pipe above a finished ceiling so called PCS Plumbing. Sondra took my call and dispatched Ross to my house in short order. Ross located and repaired the faulty pipe very quickly in just over an hour. He displayed outstanding skill and knowledge while completing the repair plus he was very personable and polite. I couldn’t ask for more plus the final price for the timely repair was very reasonable and fair. Both Sondra and Ross were a pleasure to work with. PCS plumbing will be my go-to company for plumbing in Warrensburg. Very pleased

Needed my sewer line cleared. Joe and Isaac arrived on site and very professionally observed the situation, got to work, and in less than 15 minutes they power snaked the line clearing the obstruction. I really appreciate PCS for working me into their schedule. Joe and Isaac were very personable, explained the situation, reset the toilet with a new wax ring, and cleaned the area before they left. I would definitely use PCS in the future, and would hope to get Joe and Isaac again! God Bless!
