PDI in Lawrenceville GA. Bueatiful products. Extremely & shockingly pricey, & prices are not on products. That makes you find an associate for any questions you have while making decisions more difficult & causes you to go back & forth to the counter. This is a big inconvenient & unproductive waste of time. However, if you are so rich that the price makes no difference at all. Enjoy. Personally I find it a tacky ploy to keep you in their store longer. Two associates were at the counter when I entered, they didn't acknowledge me at all or ask if I needed any assistance. I don't think they even looked up from their laptops. I found a third associate, Makayla, & she was very kind & helpful, but I still had to return to the counter when I had questions about other brands, prices etc.

Following a Home Depot employee's recommendation, I visited PDI after being unable to find a replacement bathtub stopper. The wholesale warehouse features an impressive kitchen, bath, and lighting showroom with various brands on display. While the merchandise leans towards professional use and comes with a price, the extensive range is noteworthy. Fortunately, I found the stopper I needed in a different section. I made a purchase but had to return the next day due to a mismatch with the base; it was slightly thicker than required. The return process was efficient, and despite this hiccup, I'm inclined to consider PDI for future visits.

I’m so appreciate for Courtney. When I came there, she helped me anyway. She’s wonderful and I had an experience excellent. Once again, I’m so thankful.

Chad is the man! Christmas Day family had an emergency call Chad he said he’ll open up the store for me.the family was able to have Christmas dinner. Thanks to Chad and me.

Our experience has been wonderful. Arica was great, and helped us pick out a brown Elkay Quartz Luxe sink for our kitchen. We wanted a dark color, but were very concerned that it not show dried water droplets, and that it would look good without constant cleaning and wiping down. It has been amazing. It always looks great, and with very little care. The large single bowl sink has been great for pots and pans. We are very happy with our purchase and will continue to go back!
