I had a terrible experience at PDI Kitchen, Bath, and Lighting. I walked around the store for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. When a staff member finally approached me, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. From the moment she started talking, I felt like she had already judged me, assuming I couldn’t afford the faucets I was looking for. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and condescending, which made me feel uncomfortable immediately. I was in a rush and ready to spend over $1,000 on a shower fixture, but the woman acted like I couldn’t get what I wanted because “that’s not what they do.” Her behavior and dismissive attitude were so off-putting that when I expressed how much her tone bothered me, she just told me to leave! My husband and I worked with Macy and we couldn't have been more pleased. Not only did she walk us through the entire process, she was so helpful and great to work with. Throughout our home building process, Macy made picking out our lighting the easiest part of it. We loved the selection and look forward to our new lighting and working with Macy and PDI in the future!

We visited PDI on Saturday and had the great pleasure of working with Macy Petty! Macy stayed late to help us and guided us through all of our options. She worked hard to help us find the best solutions and products at the most economical rates. She even emailed us on a Saturday night to let us know that she found an option that might meet our needs and budget best! The large and varied selection of high quality, beautiful products was exciting to see, but add the professional, knowledgeable and personable service; shopping and buying from PDI was a wonderful experience! I have no doubt that our end result will be exponentially better than had we not shopped at PDI!

Austin at the Woodstock location was the sweetest thing in helping me get the right parts for my toilet. If one thing did not work, he thought of something else. It took over one week to get it working and many visits to PDI but we finally got it leak free. Mostly my fault for not telling him the right parts needed. He was so patient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Austin!!!

These guys help us out so much. Had a bad plumber try and tell us we had the wrong parts which not only confused me but my contractor as well. Came to PDI and they proved my contractor and me right. They walked us through why the bad plumbers were wrong and even sent us with print outs from parts books to show the new plumbers we will hire that we have the correct parts. That saved us a massive headache, we will be returning with future business. 10/10 would recommend
