I came to see Maria in the showroom for a faucet and left with a whole bathroom remodel! I got a new shower with grab bars, all new fixtures, and a beautiful vanity. They were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable…I would recommend anyone doing a bathroom remodel to make an appointment with Maria!

While visiting my daughter and son-in-law, my wife and I were staying in a hotel in Auburn, waiting for my daughter to have a baby, at home. She did, and all is wonderful. Their shower head broke - a small specific plastic O ring broke. Peabody was 5 minutes from where we were staying, so I stopped in this morning. They looked through boxes of parts to no avail. They ascertained the model number, went to the Moen website, exploded the parts list and found that it wasn't serviceable. They printed out product information, showed me the number to call and said since it had a lifetime guarantee, they'll replace the unit free of charge. Used this store for over $10,000 of plumbing fixtures, and they proceeded to order the incorrect items. They have refused to rectify the issue even though I have supplied all documentation of their error. Bad mix of incompetence and terrible business practice. Avoid this place.
