I had an issue with a part that I bought from another retailer that I won't mention and was directed to PSC. At first I thought "here we go, no one is going to want to warranty this" but my experience was far from that. Chris V took charge of the situation and had the part at my door in Maine in under 24 hours. Not only did he take care of me in a fast, professional manner he shared a wealth of knowledge with me. I could have talked to that guy all night. I nearly broke my leg running to leave this review. Thanks again Chris I really appreciate everything. I'm back up and running. My family will be warm on this cold Maine night.

Im a GC there are no shortages of plumbing supply company's around. Peabody supply in Methuen is great i dealt with Nicole today. there fast fair and knowable

Worst customer service I had ever experienced. My former company was giving them a lot of business, but it didn't seem the manager values their customers very much. Manager was unresponsive and avoided calls. I had to go down to the store multiple times just to talk to him because there were issues with their deliveries. Anytime I put in an order and it showed up for delivery it would be missing materials that were shown on the slips. I never received one delivery that had everything it was supposed to on the slip. If I had not physically checked that the materials that were supposed to be delivered that were on the slip were there than my company would have lost thousands of dollars in materials never received. I wasted my time going to the store to sort things out on multiple occasions.

Probably the best plumbing supply house around, my bad for giving it only one star, glad I seen my mistake. Sorry guys and gals.
