Great experience with Piece of Mind Home Inspections. David, the owner, was awesome. He was super thorough and checked every corner of the house—literally crawling into tight spaces to make sure nothing was missed. He spent about 4 hours on the inspection and never rushed, which really showed how much he cares about doing a good job. He was extremely thorough , told us every detail as we went through the houses, and provided an amazing report with pictures to go along with it In less than 24 hours. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, goes beyond his scope to help his clients with every detail of the home inspection. He is quick to reply to messages and setting up appointments.
