I just had the Rug Store install carpet on my staircase to my basement. From the sales team to the installers I had an exceptional experience. The material and craftsmanship were high quality and they were very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them and I’m thinking about the next job I will have them do.

He was thoughtful, professional, and helpful. Everything that I could want, and Dracey too. She returns phone calls, keeps you updated …things that are a dying art this these days. The installers came out as promised, had a great attitude and did a great job. I highly recommend this company and their people, and look forward to using them again. Hershy and his colleagues offered excellent services. He came to our house, measured the rooms, then we scheduled a time to meet at the store to select the carpet. He had options and prices ready for me. Moreover, he asked if I wanted additional options. He was professional, polite, congenial and a pleasure to work with. The installers called me when they were 30 minutes out, and were equally professional, prepared, and expedient. We are very pleased with the service and product from The Rug Store. We highly recommend this business.

Since living in Orange County, NY I only go to the Rug Store for my flooring. Both Moses & Hershey are great with customers and never tried to up sale me. I tell them what I am looking for and they show me what they have. I recommend them better than Home Depot or Lowes for florring.
