If it wasn't for the fact we are forced to use them I would have canceled service months ago. They're terrible about billing, their autopay doesn't work and when it takes too long to pull it they decide to send you a disconnect notice. Not to mention multiple neighbors have had multiple billing issues over the past few months. How they're still in business is beyond me.

Great service call regarding surge protector. Chris Hughes great job !!! Chris also explained power outages may be due to all the construction in the area. Made sense. Fast response time !!!! Also left his business card if further questions arise. Thank you. Good old fashion service !!!

Lost power for no reason and no explanation. Slow to restore power. Very expensive compared to all the other areas around us. Not worth it. Electricity needs to be competitive, not monopolized.

I was disappointed that the power went out for about 45 min. when the weather was not that bad. I'm afraid what will happen when there is a Hurricane. We have lived here only a a year and a half.

Called late one day and they came the next day to change out my meter.
