Peach State Home Inspections (and especially Hitch) were so incredibly responsive and transparent with their pricing for our Church. I liked how they posted their prices based on square footage on their website. The inspections, including mold, were accomplished in a timely and professional manner. They delivered the thorough reports when promised. I am so pleased with Peach State Home Inspections and highly recommend them! I contacted 2 other inspection companies and felt that I was an inconsequential (too small of a) project or the costs were quite a bit higher but even when they “offered” a lower rate, prices were still higher.

Sometimes, people just REALLY deserve a review! Hitch (the owner) and Joey have been EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, communicative and prompt in every step of the inspection process! Their professionalism and genuine personalities from the get go finalized my decision to use the company and I’m extremely happy I did! Not only were they all of these things but they were also fairly priced and when I called I believe on Friday/Saturday they were in the house that Monday! Thank you so much! Five stars, and then some, well deserved. The report was also VERY detailed, professionally organized and had great photos.
