Richard with Peachtree Pest control is hands down the best pest control technician we’ve ever had. He consistently goes above and beyond every time he services our home. He’s extremely thorough, pays close attention to detail, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely nice guy — professional, respectful, and easy to work with. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right. If you get Richard, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend this company. The service manager, Michael, was very knowledgeable and did a great job in treating our pest issue at home. Other staff and service members were very polite and well trained. Company is very responsive to our calls and requests. Most importantly, their pricing is very reasonable.

***Worsest Business Practice**** The summary of my experience in the span of 6 months... 1. Their tech can forget your house on their route. 2. They charge you the whole amount cause the tech couldn't figure out the gate was stuck a little on the fence to the backyard (and only did half the house) and ask to reschedule. 3. Their tech can be a no call/no show all day and Peachtree Pest wouldn't know it until the end of the day! 4. They promise to call you back, the next day, and you still have to call them to get a call back. If you believe that this is good professionalism to have, especially when you have to give them your hard earned money (also sometimes take time off to have them do your inside), then so go right ahead. Just like to say I am thoroughly satisfied with the service technician, Keith Male, who came out today, October 17th, to do a follow up for service that was done 2 weeks ago! He has been out to my home one other time this year and I had the same tremendous experience. He's thorough, informative and very knowledgeable. I wish I could have him as my service technician every time!
