Peachtree Pest Control

I have paid for about a year of wildlife monitoring through the remote monitoring system that peachtree said would monitor for rodent and pest activity in the attic. Recently I had to go up in the attic in order to do some work and found that ALL of the monitoring and traps were literally placed right at the attic access. So basically I have paid a large amount of money for nothing. Out of 2000 sqf of space only 5 sqf was actually being monitored. They honestly took money and offered a service that never happened because they intentionally left out 99% of the space. The photo provided showes the only two monitors within 6 inches of each other and two traps opposite of the monitors again within 6 inches of each other. In-Wall system so kinda stuck with these guys. I feel like I have to walk behind them every visit. They pass nests, webs, etc. they’ve missed 2 in-wall treatments and never offer a courtesy. Apparently it’s up to me to call and inquire about whether or not they’ve done the treatment. In the last visit I asked, are you treating the roaches? The gentleman replied, “Oh, are we treating for those?” To which I replied yes. The he went on to explain how his equipment is broken. But, he said, if you call up the office for a reschedule, they will surely take care of you. And alas, it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting. Maybe I’m getting the newbie’s, I don’t know. That said, this place absolutely sucks!

Darrius Ryals is absolutely amazing. His attitude when he came into my job and his kindness is out of this world. He even offered to go above and beyond around our office as well as the exterior of the apartments as well. I hope he gets some recognition at work because this guy is great! We love him here and this was the first time he came in!

Thank you S. Cook. Thank you for your profesisonalism and friendliness. Mr. Cook took the time to answer any questions that I may have had. He was on time. He made to put disposable boots on when coming into the home. He did not rush the service he was doing; he made sure that all areas were covered. He also reminded me that if the issue persists to call back at any time. I really appreciated his customer service. Ms. Cook is certainly an asset to this company.

Peachtree was easy to work with in sealing the attic area when we got some squirrels inside. From Joey (home evaluator) to the crew that came out for the extraction work, everyone showed up on time, was professional and easy to work with. I’d recommend them without hesitation.
