Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Sergio S. & Edgar U. To have a new HVAC system installed. They were incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. They tested the new system for leaks and ensured the heat was operational and I was completely satisfied with their service. I had a great experience with Peachtree service experts. I had to have my water line fully replaced. Myron and Jacob were great! Very friendly and did exceptional work. They were able to get started the same day as quoting me and got my issue squared away for a reasonable price and in a quick manor. Can't thank them enough!

I needed a short notice garbage disposal replacement. The replacement was performed, but seems overpriced for this type of service. And the technician tried to convince me that the disposal being installed was brand new (see pics) - especially for this price - but I'm thinking refurbished at best. The replacement is working, but I'm probably going to look elsewhere for service next time.

Augustine performed my spring maintenance earlier this week and did a fantastic professional job and then came back out late on Friday to install a UV unit for me. He's a great tech and the whole team at Peachtree Service Experts is awesome! I'm a happy Advantage Program customer and definitely recommend working with them.

We had Peachtree Service Experts come to our home on December 11, 2025 to replace a toilet in our upstairs bathroom. The technician who did this work was Jeffrey McCoy. He was by himself and while he was working we did hear a loud crashing sound. He did not say anything so we assumed everything was ok. After he finished and left we went up to tidy up the bathroom and noticed three breaks in the tile floor by the toilet. These must have been broken when the crashing sound took place. Jeffrey did not tell us about this before he left when he obviously knew he caused the damage. That is the thing that is most upsetting about this situation. We immediately called Peachtree Service Experts after we saw the damage. We were put in touch with Adrian Matthews and explained what had happene
