Peak Fencing

I have spent the past 9 months trying to get a gate installed the way it was sold. The gate was supposed to open 180 degrees both directions (in and out). I have dozens and dozens of messages stating they would be out to look at it. There have been a few site visits by various contractors organized through Peak Fencing. Between me and neighbors, we have had them do several hundred feet of fence over the past couple years. I have been very patient and did the best to work around their schedule. I made myself available to help, everything i could think of. This is how they left the gate after a visit a few weeks ago, they went at the brackets with a sawsall and left it like this, one gate is now several inches above the other, and there are large gaps on the end posts. Peak Fencing in Colorado Springs provided great service when installing my fence, but I'm disappointed with the outcome. Due to a rainy year, I didn't inspect the fence thoroughly until now. I noticed nails missing from a fence post, which is a bit of an eyesore. Although it's been a year, I believe it should be covered under warranty. I reached out via email but received no response. Considering the cost we paid, I expected better customer service and resolution. It kind of makes me want to examine more of the fence. Also see photos where they left one post short. Also, kind of looks like at some points they just nailed a nail into the top and called it a day 😂. A little odd but this isn’t my field.

Horrible, unreliable and dishonest business. My story is the same as so many others. We paid a couple thousand dollars for a deposit, the job was rescheduled at least 5 or 6 times. There was always an excuse. The entire time the owner Mark Lundy was apparently on vacation out of the country. I was incredibly patient with these people and finally just said I just wanted a refund. They tried to convince me to just let them drop off the materials instead of refunding my money. After weeks of trying to get my money back I filed a police report for theft, the very next day I get an email that they would like to set up a "payment plan" to reimburse my money, which to me says they have no money. It was never really resolved, I filed a fraud claim with my bank and did actually get my money back th

Peak Fencing did an outstanding job with our fence/gate tear down and installation! From start to finish, the communication from Juda and the team was excellent—always consistent and clear. They made sure to check in and out daily, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Any issues that came up were promptly addressed and fixed without hesitation. They left the area clean and tidy after each day's work, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend them for any fencing needs!

Judah and his crew completed my fence in record time, overcoming minor complications with ease. Their four-person team was professional throughout the 4-day installation, always addressing our concerns. We encountered a communication issue with a neighbor regarding picket direction, but Juda gracefully accommodated their request. The fence's quality is exceptional and built to last. I'm already planning to hire Judah for future projects and wholeheartedly recommend his team for any fencing needs.
