If you get stuck to enter or exit the garage, the card chip must be facing you or it doesn't work. It might take 10000 retries still. Customer support sounds like the airport announcers quality and basically just repeating what I said in the review. Or just avoid this very narrow garage and not waste minutes and minutes to get in or out.

The parking lot took 500 dollars from my bank account for only parking there for 3hours. I have parked there every Saturday for the same 3hours and never had such issues. I would love to have someone call me because my bank is not allowing me dispute the transaction. And its an automated system so I clueless as to why a 510 dollar charge is even possible.

Parked at 7pm left at 1200 am cost $15. Was charged for parking friday $5.00 and $10.00 for being there past midnight

Rude costumer service! Worst parking garage ever ! Had a hard time paying and during the time got worse and worse almost led to me getting in a fight from drunk people waiting in the back ! Coudlve led me to jail i need to speak to costumer service asap! Do nottty park here
