We used these guys 9 years ago for new roof and skylights. Then we had a portion damaged from tree and had that replaced about 5 years ago. The skylights have always leaked. When we finally got them to come out and try to fix the issue, they made it worse and caused a new leak! When you call to say it's still leaking....they take their time coming out, cause they already got paid. Now I have a carpet stain that wont come out, a stain from the water going through the floor to the garage ceiling...Calling Insurance tomorrow!!!

We went through Peak Roofing to help solve a leak in our roof that many companies were trying to patch, with no success. Peak was able to not only fix it, we went ahead and replaced our entire roof, including all flashing, trim and vents. They inspected the sheathing to ensure our leak (which was causing brown water to run down 3 walls of my daughter's room) didn't damage anything below (which no other company was able to identify where the leak was happening, hence the multiple attempts to patch.) Bruce Jones was an excellent salesman and provider of answers. From start to finish, he was very responsive to any questions we had, even stopping by multiple times to help us plan and decide on a color for the shingles and trim to match. Got a new roof,contract said yearly inspections but I had to set them up.Have had 3 leaks in a year after installation. One came thru kitchen ceiling and had to have my guy fix damaged ceiling. They re reimbursed us,but after that we had 2 more leaks.Never owned a home with a leak.Next leak I will demand a new roof. So much frustration.

We needed new gutters this spring. They came in under budget when they assured me I was wrong - my fascia boards were not soft. Saved me $1000 The new gutters are water monsters. They'll be back to add new siding to my shed. And we'll have them install a door too.
