Peake Design remodeled my basement which included removing carpet and tile, installing new flooring, a bathroom, closets and a sump pump. I was thrilled with the result! The downstairs went from being a dingy, damp (but finished space) to a bright, dry, and comfortable place to relax and enjoy. However, not only was their work excellent, but they were prompt and attentive to details I had not even considered. I would recommend them to everyone!

We had some storm damage to our roof, and I’m really glad we went with Peake. From the start, they made the whole insurance process easy to understand — no pressure, just honest explanations. The crew showed up on time, did solid work, and cleaned everything up afterward. The roof looks great, and the whole experience was way less stressful than I expected. Definitely recommend them if you’re dealing with storm damage or need roof work done.

Had a wonderful experience working with Peake Design & Build to get my basement renovated. Mauricio, Marcelo, and the PD&B team were excellent from start to finish. They were efficient, thorough, and flawless with their work. About a week after they finished, one of the lights were not working, and within a day, Mauricio arranged to have it replaced free of cost. Also, a couple months later, there was a significant leak from an unknown place, and within 24 hours Mauricio was able to stop by and diagnose it, and had it all fixed within a couple of days. I am so glad our family friend referred us to PD&B. I'll certainly be reaching out to Mauricio for all future work! Thank you Peake Design & Build team!!

I could not be happier with our experience with Peake Design & Build. They are absolutely the very best to work with. We had 3 bathrooms totally gutted and redone. They raised our drop ceiling in the basement and fixed the falling off roof of the sunroom. In addition they added lighting and did other minor updates throughout the house. Every single job was done perfectly. And if there was even a concern that I had they addressed it immediately. Their rates are very reasonable and significantly lower than other quotes we got. My favorite part of working with Peake Design & Build is that it's a family business and the contractor was there every day working along side the rest of the crew.
