Pearl Ionia Ramp

Have been a part time parking pass holder for more than a year now. Standard 8am-430pm live in the city work out of the city. I had some issues to take care of with a close family member this morning so I was going to be 5 minutes past my time frame, i notified the person on the call box of the situation, mind you this is my first ever time not being within my time frame, and I was directed to have to pay $28.00 for being 5 minutes past my timeframe and was told there was no exceptions and the caller hung up. Very disappointing service as someone who has been a paying customer for this lot for awhile, no exception to be made for the situation I was in that pushed me 5 minutes past my time. I’ll be getting my money back one way or another:)

****If it is supposed to be 25 for over night, 28 if you lose your ticket, why was I charged 31 for 16 hours of parking? BEWARE OF YOUR CHARGES!!!!****

We usually park at the Pearl Ionia Ramp because it’s reasonably priced. However, this weekend we parked from 3:30 PM to 10:00 AM and were charged $48 — much higher than expected. Unfortunately, this experience has us rethinking our options, and we’ll be looking for different parking the next time we visit GR.

Photographers - roof is almost always wide open for cute urban photoshoots. Easy to find, awesome views.

Would do zero stars, but google doesn't allow it. Very uncoordinated an inconvenient for leaving after events. Paying by the hour is extremely inconvenient for having to wait 2 hours in line to leave. PARK ELSEWHERE if your event is at Van Andal or around here...
