I'll go ahead and give them one star, just for the employee that answered the phone. I had an emergency faucet leak and called for assistance after hours. The man who answered my call was nice. He put in the request and told me that I would be receiving a call when an on-call plumber is available. Well, its officially been 24 hours since I made the call to Pearson and still havent received a phone call from anyone within the company. Luckily found someone else to get the job done. Bottom line: don't call Pearson for an emergency after hours.

A big thank you goes out to Pearson for getting to my house on the same day, they had to replace a condensation pump on my furnace and they were here within an hour when I called them. Thanks for your good service.

Left a message on their website contact us form late Friday night about having a gas lines moved. They called me Monday am at 9 and got me a quote over the phone, and scheduled the install for Tuesday. Line was moved in less than 2 hours and cost me a heck of lot less than what I expected. Don’t hesitate to give them an opportunity to earn your business. My work is warranted for a year! I’ll be calling them again. Happy Customer all around and the job looks incredible! I was expecting scheduling alone to take weeks not days.

During this last big chill, my furnace chose to quit...on Saturday after 5:00pm. Pearsons had a person answering the phone and the service tech, Eric, called me within an hour to let me know that I was next inline then called when he was on his way. He found the problem (an internal fuse) and made sure that the unit would continue to run. Not all heroes wear capes. Thanks!
