Would recommend without hesitation. We had a raw slab in our basement that needed finishing. PEC completely understood our goals (we wanted a finished floor that could function in a rec room space) and offered a great solution (polished concrete). Partway through the job we had to pivot due to a previous contractor mistake and PEC handled it so well, offering a matte epoxy finish that looks just like we had imagined. Our architect friends have said “it looks great!” Can’t wait to finish the whole space. Really grateful for a job well done, excellent communication, and a lovely team.
