Peck & Peck Excavating Inc

Watched a rock the size of a golf ball come from the top of this truck and Crush my windshield. Never had something this large hit me in a vehicle before. They tried to say that it was a rock coming from the road as if someone paying attention to the road can't tell the difference between a rock that kicked back from a tire and a rock that large coming from 10' up. After multiple conversations the best way they thought to handle it was to ask if I had video evidence. I have faith that over time they will be down to one star with how they do business.

Peck and Peck may do good work, but they do not address safety concerns in a timely or responsible manner. A large rock hit the windshield of our vehicle when one of their "empty" trucks entered the freeway ahead of us. We had 3 small children in our vehicle. The truck had clearly not been swept out and many rocks of various size were flying out as the truck accelerated to freeway speed. We called to express concern; no return call. We emailed to express concern; no return email. We called repeatedly and we're told by the receptionist that Peck and Peck refuses to pay for our windshield replacement,- despite all of the credible information we provided to verify the incident. This company is currently completing a job next door. We work nights and so do many other neighbors. Peck and Peck mentioned in a conversation together, only start after 7 am and 5 days week. They lied go figure. They also lied about removing trees they have compromised the root structure. I guess it's someone elses responsibility, maybe they are hoping it falls after they are done.

They are currently doing construction next to our home and continually blocking off access out of our home. The road closed signs that are put up are put in such a manner that we cannot access the one way out. Our only other way out has been repeatedly closed without warning at least 4 times in the past 3 weeks. They blame the traffic control company and the traffic control company blames them. They are completely unprofessional and rude.

Peck & Peck!!! Very professional, knowledgeable and competitvely priced!!! I will most definitely hire them again as sub-contractors for my company Northwest Lawn & Sprinkler Services, LLC!!!
