Peerless Cleaners

I recently hired Peerless Cleaners to clean my carpets. while the carpet was still wet, everything looked fine. However, once it dried, it was clear the cleaning wasn’t done properly. The carpet did not look much better than before. I’m disappointed in the quality of the service and expected better results.

Chris was the person who came to clean all the carpets in my brother's home and he did a terrific job. He was able to get out 99% of the stains. I was elated at how good everything looked. He arrived on time, explained the process and then went to work. He was very efficient, very pleasant and polite. After seeing my brother's carpets, I decided to have him clean a large carpeted area at the church I attend. He also cleaned some chairs for us. The church carpet looked like new when he finished. We will definitely ask for Chris if we decide to clean our sanctuary.

They saved us from a major disaster (broken pipe - water all over the basement) and couldn't have been more professional. They even worked directly with our insurance company to get everything covered. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I never knew you could save any part of a house or building with 3 inches of water standing in it. I assumed that all the wood, carpet, drywall and every other material would have to be ripped out. Somehow they use myriad machines and equipment to dry it all and nothing had to be removed. Don't ask me how they do it, but they do great work.

The only place I have clean my carpet! Tom does an excellent job.
