They did a fantastic job putting up our fence today, even with the lousy weather. Omar was very nice and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly. They put up a white vinyl privacy fence. It looks amazing! They did an awesome job cleaning up once they were done. Have only got a couple of photos for the time being because of the rain.

Omar and his crew were here early to start and man did they work hard and fast in some non ideal wind and cold. They were friendly, professional, courteous and explained things very clearly. They left things cleaned and spiffed up wonderfully.

My experience was the crew, Team Cuba, 4 workers, arrived at about 2:15 and left at about 9:15. They were steady workers, they were accomplished workers, they were appreciative workers, and they knew what they were doing. I give them High Praise for their competent excellent work. However, the customer service from the front office with scheduling was not so excellent. I was re-scheduled once and the day of the install, I got no communication that the crew would not be starting at 9:00 a.m. until I called at 9:15 a.m. asking where the crew was. (I was told by the salesman that they start their jobs 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. that was my expectation.) I was told the crew is finishing up on a project from the day prior, but notification of this would have been nice. I could have only taken hal
