Pelham Bay Carpet Cleaning

Frank did a great job cleaning our carpets, we're extremely happy with the results. He was very accommodating with scheduling, professional, thorough, straight forward and nice to work with. We will certainly use him again and we will highly recommend him to friends and family. 5 stars all around!

I called Pelham Bay carpet cleaning to clean pet stains out of a custom couch. Frank showed up on time, deep cleaned the couch for several hours, and also cleaned two area rugs. I have had this couch professionally cleaned once a year 5 years, and it hasn't looked this good since it was new! Thank you again Frank, for your excellent work, punctuality, and very reasonable rates. I will see you again at the next cleaning!

On 6/26/20 I Called & spoke with Frank whom is the owner. I asked if he may clean my rugs on Thursday 7/1/20. Frank said yes that Thursday is not a problem, butvthat he will contact me on Monday 6/29/20 to give me a time due to he had to look at his schedule. Needless to say, Frank did not call me. Therefore, I called Frank, as well as texted him throughout the day, left various msg's and he never contacted me back. Frank should have had the decency to contact me that weekend to let me know he could not do it. I would have been able to locate another Carpet Cleaning Service to clean my rugs. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Called Cleaner on Monday they came Tuesday afternoon. Needed an area rug and small sectional cleaned. Discussed over phone the details and the price for service as well. Frank came in and did exactly what I asked for and didn’t change the price that we talked about over the phone which makes them very trust worthy also the number that was listed I was able to txt which is super convenient & Frank is a very kind man doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable unlike some workers. SIDE NOTE : after couches were cleaned I saw a bit of the original stain still showing on couch & I was going to leave a 4 star review but I waited til the next day for couch to fully dry and it seemed to magically have vanished once it dried and looks brand new.
