I’ve been using Pelican Pools for a little over a year, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They’ve been incredibly helpful in troubleshooting issues and even guided me through fixing some things on my own, which I really appreciated—even though it meant they didn’t make money by coming out. When I wanted to upgrade to a variable speed pump, they were technically knowledgeable and helped me choose the best product. When a warranty issue came up with the pump, they jumped on it immediately and resolved the problem. They were also very easy to work with alongside my home warranty company. I highly recommend Pelican Pools!

The guys are great. Barry answers questions over the phone whenever I’m unsure of something. They come out every week, like clockwork. This week they came out on their own, unscheduled, just to make sure the pool pump would run continuously during the cold snap. It was greatly appreciated

I cannot say enough about this company. They were recommended to me by Bay Pool Company that installed my pool. They only came out once and Barry gave me his cell number. Since then I’ve had two issues and they have patiently walked me through it and the problem was solved. No bill just great business! I highly recommend this company and their services to anyone looking for a pool maintenance company.

Pelican Pools. #1. They answered their phones. Unlike four other pool companies I called in the Metairie area. #2 Tim came to my house on a Saturday to look at the job to give me an estimate. Which was replacing a sand filter that had a split in it. #3 They came when promised, did the job and the price was great. Call Pelican Pools. I'm glad I did.

The most awful service experience ever. They lie over charge and steal no doubt about it. They do nothing when servicing. Don’t scrub walls, don’t skim leaves and debris. And they have made big mistakes. Money hungry people. They don’t send a polite bill they send a bill that says pay this ASAP it’s getting too large. Which isn’t true. Barely one month into it. And I’ve paid every month for a year on time. Stay away from these crooks!!!! Great job you just lost another customer. You’ll be out of business before you know it.
