Terrible. I called them to fix some leaks and would have changed the whole roof. I told them some other guys came out tried to caulk it with no success and I don’t want them to come out and add more caulk because it didn’t work the last few times. When Caleb came out he looked at the job and said that they need to change some flashing but the roof panels were good. When his subcontractor came out to do the work, they just put more caulk and added screws and charged me close to 3 grand and that I had a 5 year warranty. After the first rain it still leaked. I called them to come out and check it for warranty and they sent another guy who came out and said they did not do it right and it would cost another thousand to fix it. Pelican provided first class professional service from the second I contacted them. I had my roof replaced with a fortified roof. Sales rep, Eric Cashio, provided a step by step breakdown of all options available. His service was first class without any 'car salesman' pitch. Everything was scheduled promptly and on my time. Project manager, Dylan Henry, was also first class. He provided all info I needed prior to the replacement. His crew arrived and performed a professional job. Shout out to such a fantastic team with Pelican Roofing: Eric Cashio (sales rep), Alan Langley (Sales Rep), Dylan (Project Manager). These guys helped oversee my roof replacement from start to finish (dealing with insurance- Huge thank you to Alan for all his expertise, constant support and communication with Eric who quickly responded with any questions I had & Dylan who oversaw and managed the team while working).
