I called previously for service and he did a great job. He could have done like some companies. I had a service agreement with Lee”s, they would come out twice a year, right before summer and again right before winter to make sure everything was working properly. They did that but it was rather expensive. You would think it you made a commitment with them you would have something along with the commitment, I.e. when you call with a problem they would charge you for the service call and if there was work to be done that amount would be part of the repairs if you let them do the work. Being you use them each year that would be a perk for entering the agreement and kept using them. If you stop using them I would understand the service call would on top of the work. What good is it to make it

Man I can’t say enough good things about Josh at RedJay AC. No matter what time it is, that dude is always there when you need him. Super reliable, shows up, and gets it done the right way. He updated my whole AC system inside and out. Everything looks and runs better than it ever has. If you’re looking for somebody honest that actually cares about their work, Josh is the one. I’d recommend RedJay AC to anybody around here without hesitation.

Very helpful from start to finish. Told me exactly what the problem was and made sure I knew what I was getting into with financing a whole new unit. Talked on Tues - job done same Friday. Clean and efficient - no mess. Great work!!
