Our old furnace had went out Thursday night and I called pellcity heating and cooling on Friday and Mark came out Friday afternoon and gave me a estimate on new unit and had us set up for installation on Monday. Ricky, Jakob and Tripp were out early Monday morning very polite and knowledgeable had old unit out and new installed after lunch. They went above and beyond from answering all my questions to keeping me updated on any issues they ran into. They cleaned up any mess made and showed me how to work the new smart thermostat. I highly recommend pell city heating and cooling.

I could not ask for better service from Jakob and Tripp. They kept me informed with everything they were doing installing my ac unit. Both very knowledgeable and polite. Also, Bryan who came out to check my unit and let me know the.best, better and good so I could make my decision on what to do. I would recommend Pell City Heating and Air to anyone.

Thank you to Pell City Heating & Cooling for a wonderful new install. The process was quick, simple and only took 4.5hrs. Mark walked me through the paperwork and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. The next day, Carlos, Ricky, Matthew and Andy installed my new unit and left a perfectly clean area when completed. They went over my warranty information and thoroughly explained my new unit and thermostat. I'm very pleased with this transaction and would highly recommend this company. Phillip came out this morning and did our routine service on our units. As always he did a great job! A company is only as good as its employees and Phillip makes this company #1 in my book.
