Ronald did 100% the absolute best job and service we ever had. He was on time, did the job quickly. He was completely polite. With no fowl language. Explained what he was working on, and how it goes the entire way. Also was the best price anywhere. No one could go wrong hiring R&D heating and air. Have had to use Ron twice now when my AC went out. Last time it was on a holiday weekend, and both times he showed up same day to repair my unit.
