Honestly, our experience with Pella was stellar! I was surprised to see as many negative reviews out there but then I think lots of things can go wrong with windows and doors no matter who sells and installs them. John Svenson sold us the windows and was lovely. I knew almost the minute he walked in the door i wanted to work with him. We had gotten pitches from Anderson and Champion and one other and we were tired of the whole process--the prices were either ridiculously high or low--the low priced ones were vinyl and clearly lower quality and the quality of the salespeople was poor, although they were all nice. But John came in and he was at the right price and was easy to deal with. We have a 50 year old house and needed 18 windows...we knew at that point we wanted fiberglass and felt P

Amazing quality of workmanship, beautiful styles recommended. Schedule honored and payment options very well presented and reasonable. Almost no disruption of family’s life and extremely quick and professional demeanor. A great experience!

Was driving by and stop to see if Pella could find me the Weather Strip to fix my Storm Door. I was helped by Samantha "Sam" Oliver. In the brief time I spent in the office Sam took down all my pertinent information and gave me a glimmer of hope in 20+ years since my 2 doors were installed. She had great customer service and answered all my questions. She told me that she would contact Corporate HQ in Pella Iowa to see if we could resolve my issues and would contact me after Corporate HQ had replied to her.

Samantha Oliver was so helpful with some issues that we had with a bad installation and security issue from a subcontractor of a big box store that sold us Pella sliders. Jake Causey was so knowledgeable and identified multiple errors that the other installers made. It is really important to buy quality products like Pella but equally important to have a great team to install them and represent them.

We recently had a replacement door put in. The temperature change in the room was noticeable the first night. Everything about the door feels like quality. Chris was knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient with the process. The shipment of the unit was as promised and install crew did a great job. Glad we chose Pella .
