Joe and the instal team were amazing. They worked super hard, and was very careful not to damage any if the drywall or stucco. Very friendly and helpful. Cai our sale person was also very professional. He answered all of our questions and staywd in contact with us through the wntire process. He is still available to help and asnwers question. I would highly recommend them and Pella the sliding doors look and work amazing. The old saying you get what you pay for holds true with Pella. Truly amazing product.

Outstanding team. The sales team (Dave and Tommy)walked us through every window and door and gave us great pricing and options. Scheduling (Dave) was easy and well managed. The install crew was outstanding. Even and his team were professional and so friendly. The install went without a hitch. They cleaned up every day and were so patient with all of our questions. Walk through after install was a breeze because there were no issues. We are so impressed with the entire Pella team. It feels great to be well taken care of. New build. All windows and doors from Pella.

The windows are gorgeous. My husband doesn't like to have other people do projects, but he had shoulder surgery and so he couldn't replace the 25-year-old windows. So we called and Pella came out and gave us a really good estimate.And then the windows were installed. The installers were awesome. There was a little issue with the window type that we ordered, but PELLA made it right and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend this company and their employee's. Our Pella door install was excellent. The crew did an amazing job, and the finish is excellent. Evan, Ashton, Mike and Andrew worked together on our install. As a homeowner it was fun to see them working together and problem solving to provide a new door that is perfectly installed. Even when we uncovered some issues in our old home they provided us a good understanding of what the problem was and options for moving forward. I would definitely go with Pella for future project based on the service the install team provided.

I’m pleased with my new door/window combo. The Mountain View Pella team were great. Lain Anderson and Dave Fleming made the design and purchasing process easy. The installers, Ashton and Evan were friendly, on time, and really knew what they were doing. They made sure everything fit just right and even cleaned up before they left — which I really appreciated. The door looks beautiful and works perfectly. It’s such a nice upgrade to my home. I’d definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a door installed!
