Our Pella rep, Andy, was super helpful in guiding us throughout the decision-making and ordering process. Our installers were very kind and efficient and did great work! Overall, we are very pleased with the look of our new front door. We ordered a primed 3/4 lite fiberglass door. Just awaiting painting, but we already love it!

Mr Bonesteel came out to assess the problem with my patio door. He diagnosed the issue immediately and formulated a quick and simple fix. He then completed the labor for no charge. He was friendly and polite during his time here. I was delighted with his willingness to repair the issue without a sales pitch for a door replacement. I highly recommend him and thank him for his help today.

Alex was very personable, professional and knowledgeable and understood our likes and dislikes in the design of our front door. He was upfront about what to expect during the installation process and also came backout the following Monday with Tim who took all of the measurements of the doorframe. That kind of attention to a customer is important and he didn't just hand us off to the next guy. Would definitely recommend Pella to friends and neighbors.

Let me start by saying that I am lifelong Pella consumer. I upgraded my first home with (13) Pella windows and (3 ) Pella doors. This install was completed in (5) weeks after the initial order with no flaws whatsoever. I was 100% satisfied with the LOWE'S installation team. I decided to have a front door and storm door installed on a new house just for the sake of having a Pella product in my new house. I made the mistake of using Pella of NC and it was absolutely the worst experience I have encountered in my 35 years of home ownership dealing with all sorts of businesses and contract services. My order consisted of an exterior door and a storm door. If not for the excellent installation by Jimmy, I would rate Pella at ZERO STARS if possible. It took nearly 7 months to finally get the door

Every aspect of service was professional and thorough—-Melinda at the showroom was enthusiastic yet informative. She took the time to explain the various options of window and door replacements. Brad the replacement sales consultant was respectful and seemed personally engaged in the selection process with us. He was not pushy or overly aggressive but rather used a common sense approach to answering our questions and offering solutions to address our concerns in a pro-company position—at the end of our meeting we felt we had a new friend. His experience was convincing and believable —excellent job! Can’t wait to receive our windows and doors!
