We are extremely satisfied with the attention to our order by Heidi. It was a small order but she treated us with professionalism from start to finish. Nathan was very attentive to our needs with the issue of a screen not fitting correctly. He and Heidi kept us updated on when the replacement would arrive and once it did, they let us know immediately that it would be switched out with the defective one. I highly recommend them!

Andrea Harvey was great to work with, she was efficient and very inline with communication. I was happy to hear the stress crack was covered by Pella and they realized it was not the consumers fault. I stopped by the Pella showroom in Jackson and absolutely loved it — the space is so cute, and the ladies working there were phenomenal. Tulea especially stood out. She truly knows her stuff! Her expertise in windows, design, style, and architecture was impressive and so helpful.
