Weber Water & Well

Discovered in the middle of the night that we had no water pressure throughout the house. Never having depended on a well before, I was a bit panicked. Called the Weber phone number first thing in the morning and was impressed to find that it was Roy Weber's mobile phone number, not just a general office number - clearly they appreciate the urgency of many of their calls. Weber had a team at my house in about an hour. Kip and Cody (both very professional and courteous) thoroughly investigated my system, clearly explained what the problem was (a fault in the controller) and what I should do if it happened again or continued happening and also let me know that the rest of my system was in good shape, despite being almost 20 years old. I highly recommend Weber Water & Well.

Saturday morning and well quit working after a microburst. No water at all. It wasn't a simple breaker box issue and these guys were out to our house and had the system fixed by 11:00 am. This wasn't the first time that they came to our house on a weeked (bad stuff always happens on a weekend). They have always responded quickly and are very reasonable with their price. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
