Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Mishawaka, IN

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon in the service department. I had lots of questions about my Pella windows and he was able to answer them all. He set up a service appointment for me so that I can get some windows adjusted. Fantastic service and I highly recommend Pella windows. They truly back up their product!!

Thomas was an exceptional salesman. He was polite and very helpful. He went over the various financing options multiple times while we were deciding. We never felt rushed or pressured.

Kudos to the Service group at the Mishawaka Pella office. I worked with Taylor, the Service Coordinator, and a couple of installers. We had three replacement windows installed, and a very old, large sliding patio door repaired. They do great work, make sure everything is right, and are courteous and prompt. Pella is a quality product so you pay a little more, but it's worth it because they back it up with great service and the windows and doors hold up very well.

Called Pella for appt to fix our slider. I was grateful when they called back with a sooner date than originally set. On 10/8 James called ahead with his ETA -nice info. He adjusted our door, was thorough in finding the cause, creative in switching parts (no new part needed!) AND we appreciated James’ expertise and having him do our repair. THANKS to James ( and the friendly ladies at the Pella store, Ashley & Alicia?) .
