On our project we were lucky enough to be paired with Chris Wilson. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. It was impressive, being first time home owners we had a lot of questions, concerns, and really didnt know what to expect. He was there for us through the entire process and available virtually any time. The financing options were perfect for us as a young family (Not sure if it was a promo). The lead time was better than expected. And the Chris made the project easy and was able to articulate the fine details in a way that made us feel comfortable and at ease with the entire process. Chris Wilson was patient with our questions checking back several times to ensure that the product ordered met our desires and needs. Travis, Mike, and Brad did excellent work replacing our windows despite the eight inches of new snow. They were timely, courteous and polite. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. We will be contacting them for our next set of replacement windows.
