His years of experience are evident; he heard my requirements, and made several recommendations and options to fit my budget and achieve what I was looking for. From start to finish, it has been very professional, thorough, and organized. Great communication and kept me informed of next steps, as well as the progress of my new door. I’m very much looking forward to the installation in a few weeks, I’m sure it’s going to be great!

Pella came through for us and removed and replaced a utility door in a historical condominium complex in Palm Desert. Several previous attempts with other companies were unsuccessful. Matt Eckerman at Pella did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process and made sure that all timelines were met. PELLA recently installed a sliding patio door and two double hung windows. Couldn't be more satisfied. From the sales rep, Matt, the installation specialist, Mike and the three installers, the whole job was extremely professional. The doors have blinds in them which look and work great. I like the different color options for inside and out. Highly recommend Pella for a professional installation.
