Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of West Springfield, MA

I had 16 windows in my home replaced. There were two windows that had superficial scratches on the glass. I called my sales rep and he put me on touch with someone to speak to. They came and inspected the windows and agreed they should be replaced. He ordered them and they called saying they would be delivered on a set date which they were. They came from the western part of the state, replaced them and were on their way. Top Notch customer service from beginning to end! I am thrilled with my windows. They made a huge difference even now with the cold weather. I have about 5 more that I will do in the spring. Great Job Pella!

I had a great experience working with Jonathan. We had a virtual appointment which worked really well. He had done research on my house and we discussed options for how to convert two doors into a window. He provided quotes very quickly. Installation services (out of Greenfield, I believe) then came out and confirmed the plans and made no changes to the quote. The installation was scheduled for a month later and occurred right on time. I'm very happy with the whole process.

BEWARE, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They make mistakes and do not call you, make false accusations, leave you hanging. I should have read the other reviews from others and steered clear, but sadly ive seen so many companies use pella I falsely believed we would have a good experience. Maybe if your a large corporation they will be great bit for residential, find another window company.

Viktor Bondar and his excellent helper did a fantastic job installing new windows for our Portico. They took out 13 small windows, which were 100+ years old that leaked cold air badly and some didn't open at all. They replaced them with beautiful double-pane Pella Windows that are Amazing! The screens are folded into the design and open like an accordion. They make the whole Portico look bigger and so much brighter! Please see photos for before and after. Viktor Bondar and his excellent helper (sorry can't remember his name) were professional, polite, kind, friendly, and helped us to feel very comfortable in our home. Even our kitty liked them and she doesn't like strangers. I highly recommend Pella Windows and Viktor to anyone who would like to improve their home's value and comfort! Br
