Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Woburn, MA

Pella "experts", Pella trained professionals installed my expensive new door system with disregard of building code. A two-inch vertical threshold, a tripping hazard, a life & safety code violation. The Project Manager wasn't informed by his professional team nor was he present to observe the critical installation. Top it off, when hidden conditions were exposed, they simply installed it in violation of code leaving me with a potential liability for injury. I hired experts and professionals and got neither, Now it all has to be torn out and corrected. I'm so very disappointed. Should have gone to Andersen!

Just met with Peter who was able to do an in home consult within 1 day of my request. Peter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful thinking through our options. There were no pushy sales tactics during our meeting- I thoroughly enjoyed this consult.

Went to Pella Windows and Doors on 9/6/25 to look at the showroom for a front door and back slider door with storm doors on each. There were a few types of doors and hardware we liked in the showroom so the salesman went over information and best options. Wish I remembered his name. On the 15th of September we sat down with Tim who I believe is outside sales. He was very sharp and detail oriented on all aspects of the best type of door, hardware and colors etc. My wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge. As you can see, he got the sale. I’m not a door man but pricing did seem kind of high. I’m sure the price was compatible with other companies, but will the doors be as good? This is my second time working with Pella and just referred them to my sister who also just signed up. They are professional, timely, will find what works best and their warranty on installation by Pella installers is outstanding. Thank you Peter!
