Phil and Mary literally walked me through step-by-step over the phone and text on how to stop my back flow preventer from leaking and then not only did they help me stop the leak prior to our vacation, they then proceeded to tell me how to properly winterize my irrigation system! Saved me so much time and $. It was an absolute blessing to experience such genuine care from an absolute master of their craft. No surprise that they are highly rated. The basis for this recommendation is as follows: When I turned my sprinkler system on for the first time this spring, it made two sounds that indicated immediate repair rather than the noises that frequently occur after a period of winter dormancy. The first was of a low rumbling character joined quickly thereafter by a higher pitched squealing sound. They wouldn’t go away after many attempts at adjustments and restarts. Together, they formed a most disturbing and disharmonious symphony that no doubt would only be quieted by a substantial infusion of dollars. This is a great company. I mostly worked with Patrick, who is Phil's son, and he was excellent to work with. He was cordial, and always responsive. He always checked in to be sure I was happy with the choices and placement of the materials. I loved all the communication. They did a large project for us including laying of flagstone pathways, moving sprinkler heads accordingly, placement of decorative 3/4" and 1 1/2 " decorative rock, installation of juniper bushes, etc. They picked up the pieces after another company ran off with our money. You can definitely trust Patrick and his Dad, Phil, which is worth a lot. They will definitely probably come in as your most expensive bid, but after what we had been through, it was worth it.
