Paul Cruz and Kenneth Thompson were absolutely incredible. They came out, took the time to really diagnose the issue, and made sure we were okay the entire time. Ours was a tricky situation—two other HVAC companies had already come out and couldn’t figure it out—but Paul and Shaun did. They actually pulled out the manual, carefully reviewed it, and worked through the problem until they found the solution. What we appreciated most was their integrity, honesty and fairness. Unlike other companies that were trying to charge double and bill by the hour, they kept it straightforward with one diagnostic fee instead of stacking hourly charges. That alone earned our trust. Great service and very professional. The guys were friendly and the company went to Gallup, to replace my furnace. If you need to have your furnace or air conditioner repaired or replaced contact them. Reasonable price and they took my 40 year old furnace. 😄 I highly recommend them to Gallup community. Do not go to any other company. Thank you again for helping us to stay warm.

They were professional and courteous. Had to adjust the cut of the box for installing my bathroom vent, leading to a slight gap in between the ceiling and the vent that was then caulked over. Not the biggest deal and worth the price I paid, but I will need to go back in and make it look a little nicer. The electrician was very knowledgeable and efficient.

I highly recommend Pen Pals for your HVAC needs. They replaced a furnace for me. Francisco was courteous, prompt and professional. He was on time, and actually called and asked if he could respond earlier. His job estimate was really awesome (3 companies bid on job) and we scheduled a start date. They even accomondated by adjusting their schedule to start atcan earlier date. Follow up phone calls and texts were done in an expedient manner. Kenneth Thompson arrived as scheduled to do the job.
