Wow how unprofessional! I have never been treated as poorly from anywhere as I have from this HVAC division from Penco. My company has accounts in 17 states from Deleware to Kansas and a few overseas. It was made very apparent that they do not want any new business as I was even hung up on after asking relevant questions regarding company policy. Carl was absolutely rude don't ask him quesustions even though he appears to be a supervisor. I know I would never treat a customer or potential customer in this manner. We had a warranty thru American Home Shield, the plumber from plumbing enterprises come out and didn't fix the issue with the water heater, just press reset bottom. Told me if the unit continues to have problems. It will cost $500 to replace. We contacted having problems with it so 4 days later we reached out and they quoted $950 to swap the water heater. Unit was provided by insurance so 950 installation 🤯. I ended up doing it myself and it took me less then 2 hours with no previous experience. Outrageous
