Their fix only last for three month. Everything was done wrong and didn't work right from day one. Opening and closing was very rough but I've lived with it as long as it was working. Couldn't get hold of this company for two days, made few dozen phone calls, left many messages. They just ignored me. I had to call in different company and pay for my mistake of dealing with Penfield Garage Door Repair & Installation. Stay away from those people. Their business address is fake as well.
