Their pricing was reasonable considering the quality of their service. They even provided me with a complementary bottle of their own carpet spot cleaner which was greatly appreciated. AMAZING. I’m so glad my neighbor gave me this referral! I had low confidence anyone could get these stains out of our light carpet, and they more than pleasantly surprised me. They even left me a phenomenal, proprietary carpet spot cleaner solution (with detailed instruction on how to use). Will never use Resolve again. Before and after photos speak for themselves. Besides the end result being enough reason to hire Peninsula - employees are clearly experts in the space and know how to communicate with non-experts, engage in Q&A, etc. They make sure upon departure you know exactly how to care for your carpet, post-clean. NOTE: “after” photos are one month after service.

There are two main things to know about Peninsula. First is the work quality is better then I have ever seen. Second is the service is first in class. The team cleaned our couch, our tile floors, and outdoor furniture. It feels like a new home. The floors are so clean and the grout is white again. We almost need shades indoors! It is a pleasure to interact with anyone from this company. They are professional, personal, respectful, and on time! I could not recommend them enough and we will be using them again and again!
