Penn Flooring

Terrible experience. Female employee pointed me in the direction of the flooring. I explained what I was looking for and she again pointed, never engaged me in conversation or asked details of what I was doing or explained their services. There was only 1 other customer in the store. You are supposed to be the expert, you should be asking me questions. I have had better service at Lowes.

Wasn't looking for flooring. I was returning from Publix at Churchill Square, on my electric scooter chair and my battery died due to the cold weather that day. At the top of the over pass of the railroad tracks, so I had to disengage the motor to freewheeling mode and roll down the other side to almost the street where the red light is, and start pushing it walking with my cane stopping to rest about every 50 feet because I have COPD and heart problems and I am a senior citizen 71 years old... I made it to Penn flooring I was pushing my scooter chair to the front doorway and one of the ladies inside came running to assist with the door and was kind enough to let me plug my charger in near the front door on an extension cord and allow me to sit there for about 2 and a half hours to get my

Great experience with Penn Flooring installing our Luxury Vinyl floors in three rooms of our house. The worker who installed it did a wonderful job. There were no issues and we are very pleased with our new floors. Answered all our questions. No hiccups.

Amanda in the showroom was a delight to work with from start to finish. Everyone we worked with there was friendly, professional and timely. Josh Morton of M5 Flooring did the installation, along with his assistant Conner. The floors turned out beautifully. We would definitely work with Penn again.
