Pennington Street Garage

We always use this parking lot. they have a few chargers for electric cars and its close to everything downtown. We have never had an issue getting out of the lot even on busy nights. The new LED lighting is excellent and allows for zero shadows.

Pay machine issues! And the lady was rude. I use my MC debt card with ZERO ISSUES! Fix your machine! The lady was made because I was refusing to use my credit card. I don’t have to alter my payment method because your machine sucks. I have no problem paying. I even offered exact CASH! A legal tender she refused. She made a big stink about it. Not my problem. Update: I went there again and used the middle exit, guess what!?! My card works in that one!!! Fix your left exit lane machine. That confirms the issue isn’t my card but your un-maintained machine.

Perfect place for Congress street events. Usually card pay but sometimes cash only so plan accordingly. Staff is not always there late so make use of the elevators. Very reasonable rates.

Easy to enter and exit. Payment process is to take ticket at entrance gate, take the ticket with you, when returning go to self service booth insert ticket then insert payment then take validated ticket and insert at exit gate when leaving.

Great parking garage that is convenient to most all downtown events! There is usually security present and have never had any issues leaving vehicle here. If paying cash at the kiosk though DON'T FORGET TO PUT YOUR TICKET IN YOUR POCKET! Twice now I put it on the dash instead. Had to go to my car to get it & back down to pay cash. If have card you can pay at gate. Also... Once you pay hurry out.... Had a phone call & sat in garage to long. Owed another $1. Anyways... My favorite place to park when downtown!
