Penny's Concrete, Inc.

I called on a Monday, I was told they didn't schedule out that far ahead of time. They told me to call back on Thursday and they would set up my pour. I called Thursday and they said they did not have anything available for Friday and probably would not work Saturday. If you do not have an account with Penny's, don't even try to schedule concrete because they will screw you over. They give priority to their account holders and do not care about cash-paying customers.

Terrible customer service. Told one thing one day and then called back when they told me too and was unable to get concrete delivered. Wasted vacation day because 2 different people with the same company had 2 very different stories.
