I wish I could leave two separate reviews for this company--One for the fencing and one for the painting. Matt Samples was great to work with for the fence building part. They got it done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. However, when it comes to getting the fence painted the painters came out and just sprayed the entire fence line without cleaning any leaves out of it so the leaves ended up glued to the fence with paint and have to be peeled away, leaving unpainted spots all over the fence. When the painter called me after I complained about this, he said that they do not clean the fence beforehand and that if I wanted to pick the leaves off he would have to charge me to come out to touch it up. Great job installing 4-board with wire! Had only about 350 feet of fencing with 2- 10' foot gates. Going to do more when I can. I thought the employees were professional and got the job done quicker then I thought they would be able to, even with bad weather. Had a few minor issues that I talked with them about during the install and they took care of everything. But they were helpful in figuring out my gate position and even made some late changes I wanted that wasn't in the intitial quote. I thought Penrod done what I asked and did it well. I would definately use them again.

I work 3rd shift and my preferred method of communication is email. My salesman was understanding and we worked everything out through email. My only gripe is when it came time to make the deposit, I made the deposit, a few thousand, then I was told that my local builder is injured and nobody can do my fence right now. Why wasn't that figured out beforehand and why wasn't I told before they took my money? I was asked to be patient and I tried to be as patient as I could until about a month of them having my deposit and no date for my fence. They delivered the materials, and the delivery guy was a really nice guy. I told him I worked 3rd shift and he said he wouldn't bother me and he'll be as quiet as he can. Super nice guy. At first I had a long review typed out, but I decided to just let the pictures speak for themselves. I will say they put one row of the fence in the wrong spot. And I have post are already loose.

Penrod did an excellent job building my fence, their price was by far the best out of the 5 estimates I got, the materials they used was very good and the workmanship was excellent! I am very happy with my fence and would recommend Penrod to anyone, I want to give a shout out to Chuck Banta my salesman and to Chuck and Paul who built my fence, great job guys!
